What is the difference between genuine parts and the non genuine parts?

Oil Filter

Oil filter is an important element to detect any dirts from the oil. For example, dust, metal particle from the friction of parts through the filter before entering into the engine room as libricant. In general, the difference between the genuine and non genuine parts could be recognized obviously as follows :-

1. Oil Filter Element

The most critical part of oil filter is the material of its element. The quality of filter element in non genuine part is much lower grade. Stiffer material, the number of corrugated layers is less than the genuine one. That will affect to the poor filtering efficiency. While the quality of material in genuine filter is the best one to detect all the dirts. So, the oil will be clean that can keep the better engine conditions for longer usage.

2. By-pass Valve

This part is very important for the engine directly. Normally, the valve will help release the engine oil into the basin in case of clogged up filter. The lower quality standard of material from non genuine part can be identified as 2 aspects, i.e., the valve is too hard to drain out the oil in case of clogged up filter or the valve is too soft that will cause of leakage oil into the basin. Both defective conditions will cause of the damage for engine in the long run.

3. Diaframe

Normally, the oil filter will have a fine spring at the bottom to keep the engine oil that passed through the filter for the first start of engine. This will help protect the ware condition of engine. The non genuine part will have lower quality of diagrame that cannot keep the engine oil at the proper volume. So, the engine may get damage from the first start.

Air Filter

Air filter is also an important part to detect the dirts and dust from the open air that will enter into the engine. This protection will help maintain the ware engine condition from the first ignition of engine. Besides, it also will protect the reversed electrical flow problem and minimize the noise effect from the inflow air into the engine room while driving. The difference between genuine and non genuie part can be recognized obviously as follows :-

1. Air Filter Element

This material is the most critical part of air filter. The filter material of non genuine part is much lower quality. The number of corrugated layers is less than the genuine one. That will affect to the poor air filtering efficiency and cause of the clogged up filter. The engine power will be down due to the insufficient air-flow in the enigne room for the first ignition and will cause of damaged engine. While the quality of material in genuine filter is the best one to detect any contamination from the air. So, the engine will be clean that can keep the longer usage.

2. The Working Efficiency of Engine

The forklift will usually be operated through the whole day continuously. The periodic maintenance of the engine to be ready for operation is very important. Therefore, the genuine air filter will help engine run smoothly with full efficiency. No problem with the dust inside the combustion room. The non genuine part will cause of contamination into the engine room and impact to the engine power down. The unnecessary maintenance cost will be increased.

Hydraulic Oil Filter

Hydraulic oil filter will detect any dirts, such as small particle or rusty parts that remained in the oil tank or any contamination in the fuel. So, the clean oil will be released into injection pump. At present, the new injection pump provides the high pressure that needs the clean oil to be used. The difference between genuine and non genuie part can be recognized obviously as follows :-

1. Hydraulic Oil Filter Element

The most critical part of oil filter is the material of its element. The quality of filter element in non genuine part is much lower grade. Shorter length, the number of corrugated layers is less than the genuine one. That will affect to the poor filtering efficiency. While the quality of material in genuine filter is the best one to detect all the dirts. So, the oil will be clean that can keep the better engine conditions for longer usage.

2. The Quality of Filter Material

Normally the quality of filter material will have rough mesh size. That causes of contamination inside the injection pump easily. While the quality of genuine part will have finer mesh size that provides the best filtering performance.
